I received a Doctorate of Dental Medicine from Laval University in 1988. In private practice from 1988-1994, I practised as a dentist in Laval, offering my full-time services in general, family and aesthetic dentistry. I then studied full-time for two years at the University of Montreal and completed my specialist training in orthodontics in 1996.
In private orthodontic practice in Laval since 1996, I am always on the lookout for new techniques and I actively participate in various continuing education courses every year in order to stay up to date and provide the best possible care to our patients. I also have an interest in teaching and previously had the opportunity to teach clinical orthodontics in the dental program at the University of Montreal as well as in the multidisciplinary residency program at the Jewish General Hospital in Montreal. I am currently in charge of the Montreal General Hospital clinic for dentists completing a multidisciplinary residency offered by McGill University.
I am keenly interested in the profession and am actively involved in the executive committee of the Association des orthodontistes du Québec. I am also a member in good standing of the Ordre des Dentistes du Québec, the Canadian Association of Orthodontists and the American Association of Orthodontists.
In addition to my work and family, I enjoy participating in a variety of exciting activities, such as various sports, including skiing, cycling and running. I have participated in several races to raise funds for and awareness about various causes, such as the Canadian Cancer Society. A proud partner of a “Smile for a lifetime” ,I support this foundation, which aims to offer the gift of a smile to needy patients and give them confidence and an opportunity to achieve their full potential.
